About Recreational Sports Management

Youth sports participation is at an all time high with over 30 million children participating in out-of-school recreational activities each year.  At RSM we believe that children must have a positive introduction to youth sports.  Without the proper resources and training made available for administrators, coaches and officials a child's experience could be tarnished forever.

As an extension of your league we will continuously consult and search for ways to protect and enhance your organization to ensure that you are providing the most comprehensive recreational outlet for the youth in your community.

With an emphasis on safety, league liability, traning sportsmanship and administrative communication rest assured RSM will provide all the necessary resources to manage your league with more efficiency and protection.

About Jerry Williams, President

As an active President of a youth basketball association and Vice President of a youth football association, Jerry decided to utilize his expertise and experience of starting and running various leagues along with his 16 years of sales and marketing experience to organize Recreational Sports Management.

“As an active board member with various recreational leagues, I quickly learned that I had a small group of volunteer’s that were capable of spending the amount of time necessary to successfully run a league.
As a result, the workload would eventually burn them out or their kids would move on.  I knew there had to be a solution…

The Solution was to start a company which would provide innovative solutions through education and resourceful products and services that would reduce the aggravation associated with managing a youth league. "
